We Vibe 2 in Australia
Being a proud owner of both the We Vibe II and We-Vibe III it is toy line that I believe revolutionised the sex toy industry in not just Australia, but on a world scale.Today I wanted to share a great review for the We Vibe II by Eva Sless that I came across recently.
One of the first things I noticed about the We-Vibe II is
how beautifully sleek and classy the device is. It really doesn't look like a
sex toy at all, at least not like the vibrators you most commonly see. It isn't
shaped like a penis or anything phallic and there's not a rabbit or dolphin or
any other cutesy little critter to be seen. It's shaped a bit like a horseshoe
and is a lot softer and lighter than it looks. Because it's made of silicone
and is latex free, it can be used by people with sensitive skin. It is light
and small and to top it all off it’s waterproof so you can take it into the
shower and not worry about damaging it.
The next thing you might notice is that there's nowhere for
the batteries to go. That's because this neat little toy doesn't require them.
That's right, no more frustrated fumbling around mid-play to reload those AA's
you were sure were in the bottom drawer. The We-Vibe II is fully rechargeable
with a little plug hole that becomes completely hidden and watertight when the
charger's not in use. Be aware that because it comes uncharged you'll need to
plug it in for at least 24 hours before you use it, but once it's charged it
lasts for a really, really long time. I can't tell you exactly how long, but I
can tell you that since receiving it I have spent a great deal of time testing
and experimenting with it (all in the name of science, of course) and so far
it's not run out or slowed down or lacked performance in any of the trials, but
even so, it's a good idea to charge it after every use so you can be sure of
uninterrupted play.
The We-Vibe II is totally different from your usual
run-of-the-mill vibrator. Not only is it pretty much hands free, leaving them
available for touching, grabbing, holding, stroking, and other hand-related
things, it's also specifically built for couples to use during sex. Yep, a
vibrator that you can share with him too! So how does it work?
On the larger end there is a little raised button you push
to turn it on (hold it down for a second or two) and then, using the same
button, press through all nine of the pulse and vibration settings until you
find the one you like the best. For a toy as light and unobtrusive as this one
is, it delivers some pretty intense buzzes and, considering this, I was
pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was. Even when turned on to its highest
settings there wasn't much more than a subtle hum.
The slimmer end of the toy goes inside where it pulses and
vibrates against the g-spot, and the larger end curls around to deliver those
same sensations to the clitoris. The C-shape design flexes easily, conforming
to your shape and following your body’s movements with ease.
My initial thought about using it while having sex was that
surely it would get in his way or fall out or rub uncomfortably but I was
completely wrong. Because the inserted part is so slim the only thing either of
you really feel from it are the buzzing and pulsing waves. And instead of
causing it to fall out, the movement of sex only serves to intensify the
pressure on both the g-spot and the clitoris.
There really is very little I don't like about the We-Vibe
II, although I did notice a couple of things that could have made it even
better. There is no light or power indicator on the charger or the device so
you really don't know if and when it's fully charged. This means you really do
need to remember to plug it in after every use to avoid disappointment. The
button that you press to change the settings is a little bit tricky to find
when you can't see it, and is even trickier to push, especially if it's covered
in lube. The wetness makes the silicone so slippery that it's almost impossible
to press the button one-handed.
Overall, though, I think this toy is an amazing and unique
invention. It stimulates both people at the same time, delivering intense,
toe-curling orgasms while being comfortable and quiet and mostly easy to use,
and all the time looking like an elegantly designed piece of art.
Taking all these things into account I give this toy an 8.5
out of 10 and would definitely recommend it. I think it's ideal for all
couples, and is also a lot of fun to experiment with on your own. And as a
bonus I think it might be a bit of an eye-opener for those girls who think they
haven't got a g-spot and a perfect demonstration to all those guys out there
who want to know why us girls dig vibrators so much.
Happy buzzing, my friends!
